OWNER/OPERATOR
Andrew started working in the home remodeling industry at a young age, under the guidance of his uncle, who owned a home remodeling business. During this time, he learned various home remodeling skills and gained insight into all phases of home construction.

While in college, Andrew co-owned a business that purchased, fully remodeled, and sold residential homes. He also worked as an independent contractor during that period, using the skills he had acquired at a young age. After earning his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Andrew began working full-time as an engineer in the automotive industry while continuing to work as an independent contractor during evenings and weekends. Over time, he gained invaluable experience in various technical, manufacturing, and professional settings that helped him become more successful in his independent contracting projects.

After working for a decade as an automotive engineer, Andrew pursued his passion for home remodeling and formed AP Renovations LLC, working full-time as a general contractor. He is dedicated to utilizing his engineering and home remodeling expertise to build strong customer relationships and provide high-quality results to his customers.
Our Process
Our process is designed to make your home renovation project as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the initial design consultation to the final finishing touches, we work closely with you to ensure your vision is brought to life. We guide you through every step of the process, providing expert advice and guidance along the way.
Complimentary Consultation
We begin our engagement with you to learn about your needs and vision for your project. This will range from a single phone call for small projects to several in-person meetings for larger-scale projects. The goal will be to align your needs with your ideal budget to proceed with the design and estimation phases.
Design and Estimate
After understanding your needs, we will develop a project plan to bring your vision to life. This plan will document the detailed scope, material selection, and, if necessary, a 3D CAD design of your project. After reviewing this project plan with you, we will create a detailed written estimate for you to review and sign off on before the project begins.
Project Management
After you sign the estimate, we will begin completing permit applications, sourcing materials, and scheduling labor and equipment. Additionally, we will provide guidance on preparing your home for the project and address any questions you may have before the project begins. Throughout all the project stages, we will inform you about the progress and any obstacles we encounter.
In-Process Project Changes
If you decide to make changes to the project at any point, we will work with you to document your changes and then provide you with an estimate for any additional costs. During this process, we will evaluate which aspects of the current project can proceed and which parts must be put on hold due to material sourcing and scheduling constraints.
Final Project Results
We'll complete the project with high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The project site and surrounding areas will be cleaner than we found them. We'll review the project with you to ensure satisfaction with the results.
